The B‑axis servo motor was not able to move freely to the required position.

What to do now

Rehome the saw.

What to do next

1. Open the chamber door and try to move the B‑axis by hand. The axis should move smoothly with little effort.
2. Thoroughly blow down the saw head assembly and look for pieces of wood which may be jamming the motion.
